yesterday one of our guys had an argument with higher up.
so since they don't value us and the system will keep running,
we'll let them run.
but with a little pinch.
after the 'discussion' yesterday with the higher ups, they really
have no idea what is happening.
they actually value someone who is total shit, saying he's equal to
someone who works like a dog.
we ask him why, he says because the shit guy is more vocal.
simi rubbish, so being quiet and doing your job = less
productivity?
